Thank you for choosing ArborTech Tree Services LLC. We believe in honest work, clear communication, and treating customers the way we’d want to be treated.
Tree Health Memberships
Memberships are available with annual, semi-annual, or quarterly inspections. Memberships automatically renew each year according to the billing option you select until cancelled. Member benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.
Payments
Online payments may be processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe. By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged automatically either each month or annually on the renewal date, depending on which payment frequency you’ve chosen.
Cancellations
By signing up for a monthly-payment membership, you agree to continue providing a payment each month for the duration of the 12 months. Once an inspection has taken place and a report has been produced, early cancellation of your membership will give us the right to bill you for the difference between payments made and the costs for completed arborist visits. You are free to cancel early if dissatisfied with our service, but we ask that first you share your concerns with us so we can remedy them. Happy customers are our priority!
Scheduling
Weather, emergencies, equipment availability, and other unforeseen circumstances may require appointments to be rescheduled. We will work with you to arrange a new date as soon as practical.
Estimates
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. If conditions change or additional work becomes necessary, we will discuss it with you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Tree Health
Trees are living organisms. While our ISA Certified Arborist provides professional recommendations based on experience and industry standards, ArborTech cannot guarantee that any tree will survive, recover from disease, or remain free from future problems.
Website Use
Please use this website only for lawful purposes. All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, and logos, belongs to ArborTech Tree Services LLC unless otherwise noted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArborTech Tree Services LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
